This event is 1 of many that will take place around the country on May 19th in celebration of Malcolm X. We decided to make his birthday our own national holiday. We are not asking for permission we are simply taking this day! We will make a statement to racist white Amerikkka with our spending and labor power by boycotting all non black businesses, no work or school on this day, and we will dress in all black in solidarity with the other participating cities. We will start at 10am at Belo Garden park downtown Dallas 1014 Main St, and from there we will march in the streets to the Pan African Connection where we will enjoy food, music, art, and education on who Malcolm X was and what he stood for.
